Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility offers a supportive and dynamic work environment where collaboration and communication among team members are encouraged. As a Physical Therapist, you will work onsite during our operational hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. The clinic is designed to cater to the unique needs of our patient demographic, equipped with modern rehabilitation tools and welcoming spaces that foster healing and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care tailored to the specific goals and rehabilitation needs of each patient, ensuring the highest quality treatment.
• Maintain a manageable caseload that allows for personalized attention, enabling effective patient management and outcome monitoring.
• Apply your specialized knowledge in orthopedic outpatient care by utilizing evidence-based practices to optimize patient recovery.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Utilize cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at promoting mobility while reducing reliance on surgical interventions and medications.
• Develop personalized fitness and wellness programs that align with patients’ recovery objectives and lifestyle goals.
• Engage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing support and encouragement to enhance their experience.
• Continuously assess patients' progress, documenting treatment outcomes accurately to maintain comprehensive care records.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure seamless patient transitions and holistic care.

Qualifications

• Possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid and active Physical Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in manual therapy modalities and develop effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments and techniques in the field of physical therapy based on current research.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Strength in developing patient-centered programs that demonstrate positive clinical outcomes.
• Experience with advanced rehabilitation technology and tools will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
