We are seeking a detail-oriented, fully remote Customer Support Representative to manage dealer accounts and order logistics.

Job Responsibilities:

* Coordinate directly with nationwide window dealers and B2B clients regarding custom specifications and manufacturing leads.

* Review, verify, and input complex incoming custom window orders into our internal tracking database.

* Answer incoming dealer inquiries via phone and email regarding production lead times, shipping schedules, and parts availability.

* Provide post-delivery support, resolving logistics discrepancies or tracking replacement component orders.

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in B2B customer service, data entry, or logistical support (experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials is a plus).

* Proven ability to work independently in a dedicated, distraction-free home office environment with reliable, high-speed internet.

* Proficient with basic spreadsheets, CRM databases, and remote collaboration tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

* Strong spatial reasoning skills to understand architectural or window measurement profiles during order entry.
