Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert physical therapy treatments that align with individualized care plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices and established protocols.
  • Carefully progress patients through their treatment phases, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific capabilities and recovery goals.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all treatment sessions and patient interactions, adhering to clinic policies and standards for clinical record keeping.
  • Educate patients and their families about prescribed home exercise programs and activities, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.
  • Facilitate open lines of communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care and enhance the rehabilitation experience.
  • Pursue continuous professional development through engagement in workshops, conferences, and relevant professional organizations, fostering personal and clinical growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletic injuries, and conditions affecting movement and quality of life. You will gain exposure to a diverse demographic, addressing needs ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to preventive care and maintenance strategies. Your contributions will play a key role in improving patients' functional outcomes and overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid Physical Therapy License in the state of Florida.
  • A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Extensive experience in orthopedic physical therapy, with a solid foundation in evidence-based practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems for efficient documentation and patient management.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for both telehealth platforms and in-person interactions.
  • Access to reliable high-speed internet, with the ability to transition between remote sessions and in-clinic practice.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, supplemented by a robust benefits package.
