Your Responsibilities

You are a self-starter who knows how to navigate the lifecycle of a loan. You will:

• Generate High-Volume Leads: Leverage your existing relationships with Realtors and referral partners to build a consistent pipeline.
• Evaluate & Execute: Analyze loan applications and documentation with precision.
• Consult & Guide: Act as the expert for clients, navigating them through purchase and refinance options.
• Collaborate: Partner with our underwriting teams to ensure lightning-fast approvals and smooth closings.
• Stay Compliant: Maintain a mastery of TILA, FNMA, and Fair Housing regulations.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for "closers," not "order takers."

• Proven Track Record: Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator is non-negotiable.
• Active NMLS License: Must be currently licensed and certified.
• Self-Sourcing DNA: You have the ability to create business through your own contacts and leads.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern Origination software and mortgage servicing tools.
