Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The CLUB Marketing Specialist II is responsible for growing CLUB marketing efforts and driving results through the analysis, execution, and problem-solving of CLUB acquisition, activation, and retention strategies. Lead small to medium scale projects and execute new and existing activities that support overall strategies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Executes existing marketing strategies for CLUB acquisition, activation, and retention metrics. Creates and performs analysis to measure effectiveness towards key business drivers and recommends improvements to marketing programs and/or enhanced operations. Builds and executes marketing processes to support marketing strategies, validates their effectiveness, and drives results. Identifies and implements process improvements and maintains accurate documentation of processes. Ensures effective and efficient integration with other business units. Builds and leads projects through development and execution of project plans. Proactively initiates projects and tasks and independently executes timelines. Manages project expenses to budget. Develops creative and copy to support projects and oversee communication plans to end users. Develops and builds relationships with internal and external partners through regular, proactive communication. Embraces a collaborative culture between teams and leverage them to provide well-rounded decisions within projects and strategies. Ensures project and process compliance with all relevant regulations and enhances using business trend knowledge. Accurately articulates issues and solves problems within team and across functions using effective research efforts, leveraging partnerships, and recommending solutions. Supports building talent through influencing and peer support.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Degree: Degree Marketing or related Years of experience: Two years or more

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

Analysis and project management experience. Effective communication (written and verbal). Self-starter: demonstrates personal initiative and willingly assumes responsibility and ownership of tasks and issues. Independently manages personal workloads and timelines. Apply critical thinking behaviors and principles to projects, workload, and as guidance in decision-making process. Ability to initiate and build effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Customer focused behavior. Exemplary standards of integrity, personal work ethic and continuous involvement in self-education and development. Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software. Ability to consistently exceed customer expectations and show commitment to the Company’s Core Values.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Up to 10% for training, partner collaboration, etc.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regular computer work and sitting. Occasional walking, standing, and lifting.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:

Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.
