About the Role:
Basement And Foundation Solutions in Kernersville, NC is looking for a skilled Tech 2 to join our growing team! This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference in homeowners' lives by delivering expert foundation and basement repair solutions. If you're a motivated technician ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Perform foundation repair, waterproofing, and basement restoration services at residential and commercial job sites
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for foundation and structural repair work
  • Assist in the installation of drainage systems, sump pumps, wall anchors, and crawl space encapsulation
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers on-site regarding project progress
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures on every job
  • Support lead technicians and crew members to ensure timely project completion
  • Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and working in confined spaces
  • Strong work ethic with a reliable, team-oriented attitude
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in construction or repair work
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
