Daycare Aide/Teacher Position at Barnesville Daycare Center
We are currently seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Daycare Aide/Teacher at Barnesville Daycare Center in Barnesville, MN. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe and nurturing environment for their growth and development
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in providing a stimulating and engaging environment for children
  • Supervise and interact with children during playtime, meals, and activities
  • Support lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and curriculum
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at the daycare center
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and behavior
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
