Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to support client progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality.
• Engage in effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, offering support and resources that enhance understanding and coping strategies.
• Regularly review and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment and interventions through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits
