This is an opportunity to be part of an industry-leading buildout from the ground up, helping shape the systems, culture, and standards of a high-volume restaurant focused on exceptional barbecue, hospitality, and craftsmanship.
Position: Prep Cook
Prep Cooks play a critical role in supporting Bark's culinary program through ingredient preparation, organization, and execution. Responsibilities include preparing menu items, sides, sauces, and ingredients while helping ensure the kitchen is prepared to deliver consistent, high-quality food throughout service.
Ideal Candidates
• Previous kitchen or prep cook experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, coachable, and eager to learn
• Interest in barbecue and a desire to learn more about meat preparation and production is a plus
