What You’ll Do

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Bark 1. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the management team in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency.
• Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Assisting in training and onboarding new employees.
• Managing schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism.
• Contributing to the overall success of the business by identifying areas for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the table. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to problem-solve on the fly.
• Comfort with public transportation or the ability to walk to Mission Bay, as parking is limited.
