Baristas Kitchen

The Barista/Server plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer experiences in a small team environment at a restaurant, cafe, or coffee shop. This position involves preparing beverages, taking orders, serving food, and maintaining cleanliness, all while fostering a welcoming atmosphere during morning and afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages following standard recipes
• Take customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Serve food items promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables and tidying service areas

Required Qualifications

• Valid Food Handler’s Card

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in food service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong customer interaction and communication skills
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and teamwork orientation
