Bare Naked Kitchen

Responsibilities:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking in the back of house kitchen

- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistent quality

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a culinary or cook role

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Skills:

- Culinary skills

- Food preparation knowledge

- Restaurant or catering experience

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

MUST have reliable transportation

MUST be committed to a clean, presentable uniform and being on time for scheduled shifts
