Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and challenges, guiding the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of tailored therapeutic modalities suited to promote personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Set achievable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions so that clients can access care conveniently, especially beneficial for those facing geographical or mobility limitations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and team meetings, fostering an environment of learning and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed mental health counselor at Barchester Behavioral Center, you will support a diverse client population dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role will involve developing meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, helping them navigate their unique challenges and achieve lasting change.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid state license as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathetic and non-judgmental interactions with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and cases effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly desired, as it enables efficient and effective support for clients.
• Background in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or those with specific mental health disorders, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, based on your experience and caseload.
