Description
The Clinical Partner (CP) provides basic technical nursing skills (deemed competent) and delegated tasks (i.e. wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, discontinuing a Foley catheter) under the direction and/or supervision of the registered nurse in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statues and BHSF policy. The CP is a valued member of the nursing team who works in close collaboration with the assigned RN to provide safe and quality patient centered care. Examples of nursing activities that cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel include: assessment and evaluation of the impact of interventions on care provided to the patient. Estimated pay range for this position is $22.50 / hour depending on shift as applicable.
