The Role: Registered Nurse (Aged Care)

You'll deliver safe, high-quality, personcentred clinical care while leading and supporting the care team. This is a role where your clinical judgement, communication skills, and leadership genuinely shape resident outcomes.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Provide holistic, personcentred nursing care
• Lead and mentor care staff
• Ensure safe + compliant medication management
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and colleagues
• Uphold clinical governance + continuous improvement
• Maintain professional development + AHPRA standards

About You

You don't need decades of aged care experience - you need clinical confidence, compassion, and a leadership mindset.

You bring:

• Current AHPRA RN registration (DIV 1)
• Experience with older adults (advantage)
• Strong clinical leadership + teamwork skills
• Excellent communication
• Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel)
