Job description

Bilingual Residential Mortgage Loan Processor Oklahoma City, OK ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Review, request and verify all loan documents to ensure complete and accurate loan application information Order and obtain verifications as needed, including but not limited to verifications of employment, deposits and rents Maintain up-to-date contact with borrowers, loan officers, realtors, and management Prioritize and monitor daily workflow in accordance with timeline expectations Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and internal policies Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
