This is an opportunity for someone who combines strong conceptual thinking with exceptional execution—someone who can translate strategy into impactful visual storytelling while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Translate marketing briefs and seasonal direction into elevated, on-brand creative that aligns with brand codes.
  • Lead the design and execution of weekly creative across Factory’s email and social channels.
  • Art direct and manage creative for photography and video shoots for Factory OMNI channels
  • Partner with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to craft cohesive and engaging product storytelling.
  • Manage projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail at every stage.
  • Contribute to the evolution of creative strategy across channels by bringing forward fresh ideas, cultural awareness, and industry insights.
  • Continuously refine workflows and collaborate with creative partners to improve efficiency and elevate output.
Who you are
  • 5+ years of design experience, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • On-set photography and video art direction experience is preferred.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work with a focus on brand storytelling and marketing.
  • Highly skilled in typography, layout, and art direction with a sharp eye for detail.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance creative expression with business goals.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Salary Range: $93,700.00 - $121,800.00
