Position: HR Associate (Billing, Payroll, Recruiting/Operational)

Salary: (salary range based on education/experience and assigned location).

Location: Philadelphia (Center City) & (Remote some days after training)

Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time

Responsibilities:

Staff Recruiting

• Provide supports with staff on-boarding
• Provide supports for on-boarding to access Therap for new employees, reviewing notes, entering ISP information into Therap, mobile app
• Creating activity calendars
• Conducting background check
• Scheduling
• Post Requisitions / Job Postings
• Participate in Human Resource related issues including disciplines, write ups,
• Exclusion lists
• ODP Record Documentation
• Ensure staff provides all clearances, completes all tests and training, complete 8850

Operational

Reconcile electronic time keeping exceptions daily, approve time sheets, work in conjunction with the scheduler to assure that all shifts are appropriately provided and the health and safety of those in serve are maintained

Requirements :

• Understanding of Fatal 4, Everyday Lives Principles, PHCA?s mission & vision and policies,
• Valid Driver?s License & Reliable Car
• Clear criminal record background check in accordance with state requirements
• Ability to Learn all Software
• Minimum of 6 months of human resource experience
