Balanced Life Therapy is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist with qualifications as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough remote assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and pathways to recovery.
• Provide individualized therapy as well as couples, family, and group sessions to a varied clientele.
• Develop, implement, and regularly assess evidence-based treatment plans uniquely tailored to the needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment processes, including progress notes and intervention strategies, in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clinic supports individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological concerns. By employing culturally competent practices and developing trusting relationships, you will play a critical role in empowering clients to reach their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• An earned Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess full licensure to practice independently as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. **Please note that provisional licenses or individuals with disciplinary actions will not be considered.**
• Ability to make sound clinical evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are crucial in establishing rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services and client documentation is required.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a community mental health setting is a plus.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the unique challenges they face.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and clinical best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• The competitive salary range for this position is USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
