Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to establish clients’ mental health requirements and tailor individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies that reflect best practices in mental health counseling.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods to support diverse client needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care and case management for our clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client data.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits
