Customer Service Representative
Pay: $23-$26/hr
Immediate opening for qualified individuals to join a customer care team for a successful manufacturing company.
Please note: SAP is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls
- Process customer orders
- Process quotes, samples, document request and RMA requests
- Work with the sales, accounting, logistics and other internal department
- Distribute incoming mail
Qualifications:
- Must have good people skills
- Must have previous SAP experience, mandatory requirement
- Must have computer and data entry skills
One month onsite training then hybrid three days in office, two days remote once trained.
