Key Responsibilities

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at providing comprehensive therapy services. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, backgrounds, and treatment objectives.
• Providing individual therapy sessions, as well as couples and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients that align with their personal goals and enhancing their therapeutic progress.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and remaining current with best practices in mental health care.
• Building trusting therapeutic relationships that foster client growth and well-being.
• Offering guidance and practical strategies to clients as they navigate their life challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Balance Life Therapy Center, LLC, you will work with a diverse range of clients from different backgrounds, ages, and mental health challenges. Your role is critical in providing access to mental health care for individuals seeking support in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. You will help address various mental health concerns, relationship issues, and personal growth aspirations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in a private practice setting.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, intervention implementation, and effective therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients effectively.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with diverse clinical issues, including trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, and crisis intervention. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus as it allows for efficient client management and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a performance-based bonus structure. The comprehensive benefits package includes:
