In this Senior Manager role, you will focus on indirect tax matters, providing advice on complex GST/HST and sales tax issues. Collaborate closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions, manage compliance engagements, and support the growth of the tax practice. Your leadership will foster the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead indirect tax engagements with a focus on advisory
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and tax planning
• Oversee compliance and audit processes for clients
• Drive business development and client relationship management
• Monitor legislative changes relevant to indirect taxes
Requirements:
• CPA designation is mandatory
• 8+ years of experience in indirect tax
• Strong understanding of indirect tax legislation
• Leadership and mentorship capabilities are necessary
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
