BakeMark is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to management, employees, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office administration and clerical duties.
  • Support Human Resources and Manufacturing Operations in a fast paced production environment.
  • Pull payroll reports and maintain payroll-related records.
  • Coordinate onboarding, new hire documentation, and first day employee orientations.
  • Train employees on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), workplace safety, company policies, and timekeeping procedures.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to create reports for management
  • Data entry, document management, filing, printing, and recordkeeping
  • Generate reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Coordinate meeting setup and maintain office supplies
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including data entry, report generation, and data analysis
  • Ability to pull data from various sources and compile accurate reports
  • Experience supporting payroll processes and maintaining confidential information
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
