Target Caseload: 15–22 sessions/week!
💰 Compensation:
$65 per billable hour – LCSW, LPC (fully licensed)
$45 per billable hour – LMSW, LPC-R (clinical supervision provided)

We're growing our Virginia team and looking for part-time therapists who want to make an impact without committing to a full-time schedule. Whether you're supplementing a private practice, balancing family life, or looking for consistent evening hours, this role is designed with flexibility in mind.
No commute. No overhead. Provide care from the comfort of your home.
🗓 Flexible Afternoon & Evening HoursIdeal for clinicians who prefer after-school hours when children and teens are most available.
💵 Strong Supplemental IncomeConsistent referrals and steady caseload flow.
📚 Professional SupportFree clinical supervision (for LMSW & LPC-R)
CEU reimbursement (up to $300 annually)
Optional opportunities to mentor or grow into leadership roles
Work alongside PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and supportive clinical leadership who value your time and expertise.
Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
Conduct intakes and develop client-centered treatment plans
Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
Maintain timely documentation in our EHR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
