    Job description

    ๐Ÿง  Part-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist

    ๐Ÿ“ Location: Work from anywhere in Virginia (Must be licensed in Virginia)
    ๐Ÿ•’ Schedule: Part-Time | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PMโ€“9 PM | Weekend availability a plus!

    Target Caseload: 15โ€“22 sessions/week!

    ๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation:

    • $65 per billable hour โ€“ LCSW, LPC (fully licensed)

    • $45 per billable hour โ€“ LMSW, LPC-R (clinical supervision provided)

    • Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth

    • Conduct intakes and develop client-centered treatment plans

    • Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care

    • Maintain timely documentation in our EHR

    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

    โœ… Qualifications
    • Active Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW

    • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

    • Experience serving children, teens, and families

    • Trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach

    • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
