    Bachoco USA is seeking a Transportation Customer Service Representative for our Corporate office location in Fort Smith, AR.
    Summary: Responsible for customer service as it pertains to the tracking of all outbound/inbound loads of product. Communicates with the transportation operations team and sales account representatives. Maintains accurate and timely load delivery information at all times.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
    • Responsible for load entry into the load management screen
    • Updates/maintains information within the load screen on a continual basis
    • Utilizes information and problem solving skills to ensure on time delivery of loads
    • Assist Outbound logistics team members in tracking outside carriers pick up and deliveries
    • Coordinates with transportation management for the tracking of loads dispatched on O.K. Foods, Inc. assets
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications: Individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.     Education and/or Experience:
    Transportation Logistics degree preferred and/or 2 years of experience in a related field.
    Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
    Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
    Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
    Computer Skills: Must have basic computer skills with knowledge of or the ability to learn e-mail software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
