Position Summary: This position verifies that all product and regulatory documentation is accurate, correct and complete prior to all product(s) shipping from the facility.
  • Records all applicable information as directed
  • Responsible for identifying and isolating questionable product
  • Responsible for assuring daily quality activities and required tasks are performed in their area
  • Responsible for monitoring and documenting HACCP, GMP and SSOP regulations in their area
  • Responsible for verifying all documentation in each area is according to regulations and is complete prior to pre-shipment verifications
  • Responsible for assuring each pallet of product processed is pre-shipment verified prior to leaving the floor
  • Responsible for obtaining finished product samples for the laboratory
  • Responsible for assuring products processed meet all in plant food safety requirements
