Job description

Maintenance TechnicianFull-Time


At Babco Services, we're building a team of skilled professionals who take pride in their work and want to grow their careers.

We're looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians, Level I, to support residential communities. This is a great opportunity for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and leading by example.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in residential buildings.
  • Complete basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs.
  • Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to residents.


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in residential building maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
