About the Organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailored to meet individual client needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed to facilitate optimal client outcomes.
  • Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to in-person attendance, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions to comply with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training, workshops, and peer consultation sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on advancements in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be serving a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who present with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Your expertise will guide individuals towards resilience and improved mental health, making a significant impact on their lives.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • A commitment to a non-judgmental, empathetic approach when addressing clients' unique experiences and challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills necessary for managing caseload effectively along with administrative tasks.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms is advantageous.
  • Background in working with diverse populations and across various therapeutic settings enhances your candidacy.
  • Training in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention techniques can benefit applicants seeking to provide broad-ranging support.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary between $80,000 and $100,000, with adjustments based on professional experience and caseload.
  • Sign-on bonus offered to qualified candidates, enhancing overall compensation.
  • Flexible work hours designed to promote a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to meet personal commitments.
  • A team-based approach provides regular opportunities for consultation, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
  • Comprehensive administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing is included, allowing you to focus on patient care.
  • Continuing education reimbursement is available to encourage ongoing clinical development and the acquisition of new skills.
  • Opportunity to tailor treatment approaches, respecting your clinical judgment while addressing clients' specific needs.
