We are looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile Dog Groomer to join our growing team. You'll provide high-quality, convenient grooming services directly at clients' homes or businesses using our fully equipped mobile grooming van. This is a fantastic opportunity for an animal-loving professional who enjoys working independently, building client relationships, and delivering excellent pet care on the road. We value experience, a gentle touch with dogs, and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the mobile grooming van to client appointments and provide full grooming services (bath, brush, haircut/styling per breed/owner specs, nail trims, ear cleaning, de-shedding, etc.)
• Safely handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, keeping them calm and comfortable
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized grooming van (equipment, water systems, tools)
• Manage your daily route/schedule, communicate professionally with clients, and provide aftercare advice
• Process payments, upsell services/products when appropriate, and ensure excellent customer experiences
• Follow all safety, animal welfare, and sanitation standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional dog grooming experience (salon or mobile preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required – you’ll be driving a company van)
• Comfortable working independently and handling dogs up to 70 lbs
• Passion for animals and patience with various temperaments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift dogs, and work in a mobile environment
• Grooming certification (e.g., NDGAA, IPG) is a big plus but not required
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
