Job Description
BRC is looking for a detailed and organized individual to join our Compliance team as a Temporary Archive Specialist. This role involves ensuring all BRC program charts are properly organized and labeled, as well as coordinating storage pick-up with external vendors for all programs.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain program storage boxes to confirm they are properly labeled and electronically documented.
- Ensure all charts are prepared and ready for pick-up by external vendors.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Compliance and various programs
- Work collaboratively with assigned program staff and work independently to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Skills:
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Work independently and manage time effectively.
- Communicate professionally and interact with individuals from all facets of life.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift items more than 20 pounds.
*Vaccination preferred but not required.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00AM- 5:30PM (Flexible Schedule)
On Site. Programs are located in Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens
