BOL Partners is expanding our Milwaukee team and looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join us in an entry-level customer acquisition and sales role.

You'll work directly with customers, represent nationally recognized brands, and learn how successful customer acquisition campaigns are built and executed.

No previous sales experience is required. Training is provided.

What you'll be doing

• Engage directly with customers in person
• Introduce customers to products and services from nationally recognized brands
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Generate new customer accounts through face-to-face interaction
• Build strong customer relationships
• Learn proven sales and communication techniques
• Track performance and work toward individual and team goals
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
• Develop the skills needed to advance into leadership

The ideal candidate

You don't have to be a “salesperson.”

• Is confident communicating face-to-face

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics, fundraising, events, or sales can translate well into this position.
