This role requires coordinating project planning, budgets, schedules, and quality control while effectively communicating with stakeholders. Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Procore is essential, and occasional travel (up to 25%) is expected to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute commercial construction projects from initiation to completion
- Manage project budgets and control costs to ensure financial targets
- Coordinate schedules and resources to meet project timelines
- Lead and oversee small project teams of 1-5 members

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- OSHA Safety Certification
- Proficient in construction project management, budgeting, and cost control
- Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management
- Skilled in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera
- Strong leadership and quality assurance capabilities
