Job Title: Field Installer / Shop Helper

Job Overview:
BNB Metals is seeking a reliable and hardworking Field Installer / Shop Helper to join our team. This role involves both on-site installation work and in-shop fabrication support. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with miscellaneous metal installations and a willingness to assist in all aspects of production and field work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install miscellaneous metal products including fences, balcony railings, brake metal, gates, and related components
  • Read and interpret basic shop drawings, measurements, and installation plans
  • Assist with fabrication in the shop, including cutting, grinding, welding prep, and material handling
  • Load, transport, and unload materials and tools to and from job sites
  • Ensure installations are completed safely, accurately, and according to specifications
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members both in the field and in the shop
Required Skills amp; Qualifications:
  • Experience with fence installation, railing systems, and general metal work preferred
  • Basic knowledge of fabrication tools and equipment (saws, grinders, drills, etc.)
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in outdoor environments
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Construction or metal fabrication background
  • Familiarity with brake metal forming and installation
Work Environment:
  • Combination of outdoor job sites and indoor shop work
  • May involve working at heights, in varying weather conditions, and with heavy materials
