Maintenance Technicians
Demolition Crew Members
General Laborers (shutdown support)
Work Includes
Roof replacements, repairs, and coatings
Metal roofing, TPO/EPDM systems
Facility maintenance and structural repairs
Concrete repair and general maintenance
Emergency response work
Shutdown and turnaround support
Requirements
Industrial or roofing experience preferred
Comfortable working in active plant environments
Ability to follow strict safety protocols
Willingness to work shutdown schedules (long hours if needed)
Compensation
$20 – $35 / hour
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Overtime and project-based work available
