Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Associate role based in Hyattsville, MD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Associate will contact prospective and existing customers, respond to inquiries, and present restoration services and solutions that meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, following up on appointments, preparing estimates or proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s sales tools or CRM. The role involves coordinating with operations or project teams to ensure service details are clearly communicated and timelines are understood. The Sales Associate will also support basic marketing efforts, such as participating in local outreach, networking, or online promotions to help grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to listen, explain solutions clearly, and build trust with diverse clients.
• Basic sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing, along with comfort making phone calls and in-person visits.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups while maintaining accurate records.
• Comfort using computers and digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking software.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including on-site work in Hyattsville, MD and remote tasks from home.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity, with a commitment to respectful and non-discriminatory interactions.
• Interest in or experience with restoration, construction, property services, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business, sales, or marketing is a plus.
