Join Firehouse Subs as a Shift Lead/Manager in Ann Arbor, MI, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and team success. We're looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage team performance to achieve business goals.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee attendance.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and team progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a relevant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with inventory management and operational procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
