Position Overview

BJC Psychotherapy Services is inviting dedicated and qualified Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our innovative remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and meaningful remote therapy sessions using our online platform, maintaining a high standard of client care.
• Assess client needs and collaborate with them to develop tailored treatment plans, applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, offering a collaborative approach to client care and sharing insights during case consultations.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and new developments in the field of mental health, applying new knowledge to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At BJC Psychotherapy Services, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role requires an ability to adapt therapeutic styles to meet the unique needs of each client, promoting an inclusive and supportive environment that recognizes the intricacies of cultural backgrounds and individual experiences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active licensure in the state of Oregon as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy, with a strong commitment to client welfare and mental health best practices.
• Proficient in using technology for therapeutic sessions and record-keeping, ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective relationships with clients and collaboration with colleagues.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as a proactive member of a team.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in teletherapy or remote counseling settings.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed practices.
• Experience in case management and navigating local mental health resources to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
