The Biscuit Maker prepares, mixes, portions, and bakes our scratch‑made biscuits according to Biscuit Belly’s recipes and standards. They work with consistency, care, and confidence — ensuring every biscuit is tall, fluffy, golden, and unmistakably Biscuit Belly. This role demands strong attention to detail, a love for craft, and a commitment to supporting the kitchen team with warmth and reliability.

Prepare biscuit dough from scratch following exact recipes and techniques
Portion, roll, cut, and bake biscuits with consistency and pride
Maintain the integrity of our product — no shortcuts, no compromises
Ensure every biscuit looks and tastes like the real Biscuit Belly standard
Quality & Flavor — Deliciously Bold
Produce biscuits that deliver big flavor, big height, and bold presentation
Maintain consistency across every batch — texture, color, rise, and flavor
