As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities:
โข Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models to solve real-world business challenges in the fintech domain
โข Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions
โข Analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and extract actionable insights to drive product innovation
โข Evaluate, optimize, and monitor model performance in production, ensuring reliability and accuracy over time
โข Contribute to the development and improvement of AI workflows, agentic evaluation and best practices within the team
โข Document methodologies, experiments, and results to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility
โข Mentor junior team members and share technical expertise to elevate team capabilities
Qualifications:
Required:
โข Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
โข Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
โข Previous experience with OCR extraction and NLP methodologies
โข Knowledge of AI agents and strong experience with LLMs
โข Ability to analyze and interpret large, complex datasets using statistical and data analysis techniques
โข Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams
โข A problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous learning and innovation
