BH Infusion is a leading provider of outpatient infusion therapy services dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, and superior physician support. We partner with physicians, healthcare providers, and patients to provide convenient, high-quality infusion treatments in a comfortable and patient-centered environment. We are seeking an energetic, professional, and relationship-driven Brand Ambassador to represent BH Infusion throughout the community and help expand awareness of our services among patients, physician offices, healthcare professionals, and local organizations.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the face of BH Infusion within the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, attending events, and promoting healthcare services that positively impact patients' lives.

The successful candidate will be outgoing, highly motivated, and passionate about creating meaningful connections that strengthen the BH Infusion brand and generate new referral opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent BH Infusion at community events, health fairs, networking events, and physician outreach initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physician offices, healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and community organizations.
• Promote awareness of BH Infusion's services and patient care offerings.
• Assist with organizing and executing marketing campaigns and local events.
• Distribute marketing materials and educational resources to referral sources and community partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand brand visibility throughout Brooklyn and surrounding markets.
• Gather market feedback and communicate insights to leadership.
• Support referral development and patient engagement initiatives.
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of BH Infusion at all times.
• Track outreach activities and provide regular reports on engagement efforts.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in healthcare marketing, patient outreach, medical sales, community relations, hospitality, or customer service.
• Familiarity with physician offices, healthcare organizations, or patient services.
• Experience representing a brand at events or community functions.
