Job description


Position Summary

This Warehouse Associate will work in our Inventory / Put-Away department and is responsible for accurately receiving, organizing, and storing inventory within the warehouse. This role ensures all materials are properly located, tracked, and maintained in the warehouse management system to support efficient order fulfillment and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory for accuracy and damage
  • Safely and efficiently put away materials into designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and/or WMS systems
  • Ensure all products are labeled, organized, and stored according to company standards
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damages
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse aisles and storage areas
  • Collaborate with receiving, picking, and shipping teams to support workflow efficiency
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies at all times
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, reach truck, pallet jack) as needed and if certified
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred
  • Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems a plus
  • Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods (up to company limits)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
