Job description

At BECO Asset Management, we don’t just manage properties—we build thriving places to live and work. Our team members are at the heart of it all, and we’re looking for a skilled Turn/Maintenance Technician to join us at our Suffolk location.
A Day in the Life:
No two days are the same in this hands-on role! You’ll be a key part of making our community shine by:

  • Preparing vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they’re move-in ready
  • Tackling a wide variety of maintenance requests, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
  • Keeping our community beautiful by maintaining clean and safe grounds and common areas
  • Jumping in on other tasks as needed to keep the property running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous building maintenance experience (multi-family experience is a big plus!)
  • Ability to handle outdoor work in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to participate in night and weekend on-call rotations
  • A team player with a professional, courteous, and dependable attitude
