Job Title: Part-Time Fitness Facilitator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly

As a Part-Time Fitness Facilitator on the Health & Wellness team, you'll be able to assist residents with maintaining a healthy lifestyle by managing our fitness programs.

  • Ability to work weekends required.
What you will do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for members, residents, guests, and prospective members, creating a welcoming, professional, and high-energy environment from the moment they walk in.
  • Manage daily front desk operations including member check-ins, guest registration, answering phones/emails, assisting with account questions, and supporting general club operations.
  • Assist members with class bookings, cancellations, waitlists, amenity information, and navigating the Club Automation app and membership policies.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional fitness environment by assisting with light cleaning duties, towel organization, locker room upkeep, equipment resets, and overall presentation of the club.
  • Monitor the fitness floor and front desk area to ensure club policies, safety standards, and member etiquette are being followed.
  • Support member engagement by building positive relationships with members and creating a friendly community atmosphere within the club.

Hourly Rate: $20.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
