We’re a growing construction company looking for a detail-oriented, organized admin professional to own our back-office operations. You’ll handle payroll processing, tax filings, invoicing, and timesheet management end to end — including certified payroll compliance — keeping our books clean and our deadlines met. The right person is comfortable with construction workflows, works independently, and catches errors before they become problems. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is required — you’ll be building and maintaining spreadsheets for timesheets, invoicing, and reporting. Account reconciliation skills. Experience with payroll software and basic accounting is a must; construction industry background is a strong plus.
