BAYS Technology is a fast-growing Canadian technology company developing innovative smart building solutions for water damage prevention. Our flagship Quick-Fit Smart Water Valve helps condominium buildings, strata corporations, and property management companies reduce water damage risk through intelligent automatic water shut-off technology.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for an energetic, self-motivated Business Development Representative to help introduce our solution to property management companies throughout Metro Vancouver.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and contact property management companies, strata management companies, and condominium decision-makers.
• Prospect new business through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with qualified prospects.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Work closely with our management team to develop new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and introducing new products.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Previous B2B sales or business development experience is preferred.
• Experience with property management, commercial real estate, construction, insurance, or building services is an asset, but not required.

Compensation

• Flexible part-time schedule (approximately 10–20 hours per week).
• Competitive commission structure.
