This is not just another sales position. This is a ground-floor expansion role with strong potential to grow into a General Manager-level leadership position as the market develops.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with homeowners
• Present and demonstrate our premium concrete coating systems
• Educate clients on design options, durability, and long-term value
• Close deals with confidence and integrity
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects
• Represent BAM Coatings professionally as we establish our presence in Iowa
• Contribute to market growth and help shape the expansion strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred (home improvement/in-home sales strongly preferred)
• Strong closing skills and a consultative sales approach
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you like building, not just maintaining
• Excellent communication and follow-up discipline
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
