Position Summary

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store. Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Leading and motivating team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
- Managing inventory and ensuring shelves are always stocked with our delightful products.
- Handling administrative tasks, such as scheduling and reporting.
- Assisting with staff training and development to build a strong, cohesive team.
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
