Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Customer Experience initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, QA, and leadership.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and drive timely resolution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage scope, timelines, resources, and project documentation.
  • Track action items and ensure accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Foster collaboration between business and IT teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support change management and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience leading business and IT initiatives.
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong experience with project planning, risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting.
  • Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within Financial Services, Banking, or Auto Finance industries.
  • PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Experience supporting Customer Experience or Digital Transformation initiatives.
