Job description

CDL Delivery Driver

We are seeking a Local Delivery driver with a class B/C CDL license with HAZMAT, preferred but not required for our Folcroft, PA Branch! To be successful in this role, a candidate should be organized, proactive, possess the ability to multitask in a busy work environment and have the communication skills to handle any customer questions and concerns. What You'll Do

  • Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
  • Load, secure, transport, and deliver roofing and building materials safely and efficiently.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Complete DOT logs and delivery documentation accurately.
  • Provide outstanding customer service at every delivery location.
  • Maintain a clean vehicle and support warehouse operations as needed.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Use forklift to load deliveries
  • Assist warehouse personnel when necessary

What You'll Bring

  • Valid Driver's License - CDL required
  • HAZMAT endorsement
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Must be able to maintain DOT Medical card required
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug test
  • Must possess a positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
